Conveys the product's usage in a way that allows for possible ergonomic assessment.
Precise physical emulation of the look of the product. Alternatively referred to as a Block Model because it typically lacks any functional parts
For the first time, combines important aspects of both look and functionality. Uses production materials or models them.
Incredibly accurate depiction that blends practicality with exact product appearance. Replicates or makes use of industrial materials.

Our CAD team meticulously reviews client-provided data. Based on the finalised design specifications, materials, and fabrication techniques (including CNC milling, lathe, and laser cutting), we develop detailed job sheets to guide our team members through the necessary operations.
CAM programs are made for each parts required to be fabricated. Technical team process parts by operating CNC machines, lathe, lazer and hand tools. Highly skilled members do bonding of parts and verify pre-assemblies as per CAD data.
This activity is key to mockup quality. Group skilled technicians who are aware of part geometry verify any surface defects and refine surfaces using various grid papers and mediums. Several pre-verification coatings are done to check required surface quality before colouring.
Our specialized members in spray painting, gives part final appearance to parts as per required finish and colors.
If parts require some product graphics to be done, art files given by clients are used to prepare screens and prints. Other electronic display simulations are also realized in mockups to demonstrate user interface and user experience.
After all parts of mockups had been processed, a proper solid assembly is done using proper fixtures materials. The parts require careful handling to prevent any damages during final assembly. Mockups are packed well so that they reach client safely.
Mockups are detailed visual or physical representations of a product that simulate its design and functionality. They help in clearly communicating design ideas, identifying potential issues early, and refining details before final production. This proactive approach enhances alignment among stakeholders and streamlines the development process.
Mockups are essential because they provide a clear, realistic visualization of a product, helping to ensure everyone involved shares the same vision. They allow for early identification and resolution of design issues, reducing the risk of costly mistakes. Mockups also facilitate feedback and collaboration, streamlining the development process and improving the final product's quality.
Mockups are created by first verifying design data and selecting suitable materials and fabrication techniques. Parts are then machined and fabricated using CNC machines, lathes, and lasers, followed by surfacing and painting to achieve the desired finish. Finally, all parts are assembled and inspected to ensure quality before packing.
